independent title insurance sales agent to provide real estate title insurance coverage and related
services to real estate attorneys and their clients in the Tidewater
Virginia area. The agency conducts real estate title research among the land
records at the local courthouses and uses the information obtained from those
records as the basis
for issuing title insurance commitments and
policies.
