Newtown Title Agency, Inc. was founded in 1993 as an independent sales agent of Southern Title Insurance Corporation to provide real estate title insurance coverage and related services to real estate attorneys and their clients in the Tidewater Virginia area. Operating with the support of the Virginia Beach Branch Office of Southern Title Insurance Corporation the agency conducts real estate title research among the land records at the local courthouses and uses the information obtained from those records as the basis for issuing title insurance commitments and policies.
